PT Graha Multi Utama manages and operates the hotel business and was established in 2008. PT Graha Multi Utama has subsidiaries and a network of 2–3 star hotels operating across several regions in Indonesia. Until the end of 2025, there were 1 (one) Santika Hotel and 5 (five) Amaris Hotels operated, namely:

• Santika Hotel Siligita Nusa Dua — Bali
• Amaris Hotel Pekanbaru — Riau
• Amaris Hotel Airport — Tangerang
• Amaris Hotel Thamrin City — Jakarta
• Amaris Hotel Panglima Polim 2 — Jakarta
• Amaris Hotel Pratama — Bali
