GCG - Corporate Secretary

An Indonesian citizen born in 1980 and domiciled in Jakarta, Mirna Gozal was appointed as Corporate Secretary of PT Dyandra Media International Tbk pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Directors No. 01/SK/DIR/DMI/VI/2022 on June 13, 2022.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics Management from Trisakti University in 2002 and completed her Master’s degree in Tourism at Institut Pariwisata Trisakti in 2026.

With over 19 years of executive experience in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry, she joined the group in 2007 at PT Dyandra Promosindo — a leading event and exhibition organizer subsidiary of PT Dyandra Media International Tbk. Throughout her career with the company, she has held key leadership roles spanning Public Relations, Government Relations, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, Regulatory Compliance and Strategic Communications.

As a Corporate Secretary, she leads corporate governance initiatives, ensures full compliance with statutory and regulatory standards, and oversees executive decisions made by the Board of Directors while providing strategic advice and counsel on board responsibilities.
