He has served as the President Commissioner of the Company since May 30, 2016. He was subsequently reappointed as President Commissioner based on the Deed of Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 79 dated May 21, 2025, for the 2025–2027 term of office. An Indonesian citizen, born in 1965. He started his career in 1995 at PT Grahawita Santika as Executive Director. Apart from that, he also holds the position as CEO of Kompas Gramedia from 2015-present. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from West Coast University in the United States in 1989 and a Master’s degree in Management from West Coast University in the United States in 1991.

He has served as a Commissioner of the Company since April 30, 2015. He was subsequently reappointed as Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 79 dated May 21, 2025, for the 2025– 2027 term of office. An Indonesian citizen, born in 1967. He is the founder and CEO of PT Mondial Investama. He is also an entrepreneur who has extensive experience in the jewelry industry and founded Frank & Co in 1995. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung in 1990.

He has served as the Company’s Independent Commissioner since June 7, 2018. He was subsequently reappointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner based on the Deed of Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 79 dated May 21, 2025, for the 2025–2027 term of office. An Indonesian citizen, born in 1958. He started his career as a journalist of Harian Kompas in 1983-1993. He served as Director of the Kompas Gramedia Magazine Group in 1993-2010. Then, he became Corporate Communications of Kompas Gramedia in 2011-2018 with his last position as Director. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta and a Master’s degree from the Institute of Social Studies The Hague, Netherlands.

He has served as the President Director of the Company since 2022. He was subsequently reappointed as President Director of the Company based on the Deed of Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 79 dated May 21, 2025, for the 2025–2027 term of office. An Indonesian citizen, born in 1965. He served as Associate Director at PT Barata Sayan Utama in 2003-2007 and Deputy Director at Bank Mizuho Indonesia in 2007-2013. Currently, he also holds several positions as Director in subsidiary companies. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Colorado, USA in 1988 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Northrop University, Los Angeles, United States in 1989.

He has served as a Director of the Company since 2015. He was subsequently reappointed as Director of the Company based on the Deed of Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 79 dated May 21, 2025, for the 2025–2027 term of office. An Indonesian citizen, born in 1978. During his career, since 2007, he has held several important positions in the Dyandra Group, including Director and Commissioner in subsidiary companies. He earned a Bachelor of Hospitality degree from the William English Institute of Hospitality, Australia in 1999 and a Bachelor of Business Management and Leadership degree from Victoria Business College, Australia in 2003.

She has served as a Director of the Company since 2019. She was subsequently reappointed as Director of the Company based on the Deed of Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 79 dated May 21, 2025, for the 2025–2027 term of office. An Indonesian citizen, born in 1963. During her career, she has held several key positions, including Convention Services Director at Jakarta Convention Center from 1993 to 2005, Technical Advisor at Teater Jakarta – TIM from 2010 to 2011, and VP Business Operations Venue at PT Dyandra Promosindo from 2007 to 2011. In addition, she also served as Director of PT Nusa Dua Indonesia from 2012 to 2014. Currently, she has been serving as President Director of PT Nusa Dua Indonesia since 2014. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in MICE from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta in 2009, a Diploma III in Hotel Management from Balai Pendidikan Pariwisata Bandung in 1987, and a Master’s degree in Tourism from Institut Pariwisata Trisakti in 2026.
